We continually develop our playroom to suit the group of children attending to ensure we have a sense of warmth and positivity in the environment. We are responsive to your child’s changeable interests and needs and provide exciting experiences to allow the children to enjoy their world.
Our play experiences provide choice and promote new ideas, challenge, enjoyment and for your child to learn from their actions Children tend to be aged between 3 months - 2 years old in this room and work closely with The River Room.
In The Woods Room your child will have the opportunity to explore natural and everyday objects under supervision. The role of the adult it is to observe and document this experience. This is a vital part to play in their development. It will teach problem solving skills, develop concentration, an awareness of their senses, curiosity and fine motor skills.
