car park make-over

The children have been out exploring the car park since the new plants were planted. They have been:
Measuring themselves against the bamboo
Listening to the noise the bamboo makes in the wind
Smelling the plants "It smells like chocolate!"
Measuring their hands against the leaves
Watering them daily
The 3-5 room have taken on the responsibility of creating a watering rota and this will be on display for the children. This task will be filtered in to the responsibilities they already have allocated and a display in the room will show this for you.
The children have been interested in the names of the plants and they plan on investigating this further.
